log IP (Internet Protocol) addresses for systems administration
purposes. IP addresses are 32 bit numbers that are logged
to track a user's session. All information regarding
visitors to HelpGram is voluntarily provided by our
users and is aggregated for the purpose of understanding
who is using our site. Your personal information
is not provided to advertisers, ad sales organizations,
or other Web sites.
HelpGram uses a feature of your browser to set a "cookie"

Collecting information about our users enables us to
better understand our user base and how to provide them
with optimal service. Other companies which place advertising

HelpGram's registration form for the HelpGram Newsletter
requires you to provide us with contact information.

HelpGram.com uses an
order form for you to request information, products,
and services. When we are the seller of such information,
products and/or services, we may collect your contact
information (such as name and email address) and financial
information (such as credit card numbers) to facilitate
the fulfillment of your order(s). Contact information
is used to send orders, information about HelpGram,
and promotional material to you if we think you might
be interested. Your contact information is also used
