The HelpGram.com Web Site
The HelpGram.com Web site ("
Site" or "The Site") does not log IP (Internet Protocol) addresses for systems administration purposes. IP addresses are 32 bit numbers that are logged to track a user's session. All information regarding visitors to HelpGram is voluntarily provided by our users and is aggregated for the purpose of understanding who is using our site.  Your personal information is not provided to advertisers, ad sales organizations, or other Web sites.
Cookies
HelpGram uses a feature of your browser to set a "cookie" on your computer. Web users must agree to let cookies be saved for them, but, in general, it helps Web Sites to serve users better. If you decline to accept the cookie, you will be prompted for information about yourself after sending a HelpGram. Collecting information about our users enables us to better understand our user base and how to provide them with optimal service. Other companies which place advertising and/or links on our site also have the ability to assign a different cookie to you in a process that HelpGram does not control.

Registration
HelpGram's registration form for the HelpGram Newsletter requires you to provide us with contact information. We require only one piece of personally identifiable information: your e-mail address. In addition, you may choose to share additional information with us which we may use to send you information about HelpGram and promotional materials (based on what you've shared with us) if we think you might be interested. The choice of how much personally identifiable information about yourself to disclose to HelpGram is completely up to you.  You may choose to opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time.

HelpGram.com provides you the opportunity to opt-out of HelpGram's newsletter.  If you wish to opt-out, please send an e-mail message to webmaster@helpgram.com and type "Opt-Out" in the subject line. HelpGram.com gives you the following options for removing your information from our database so as not to receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.

Order Form
HelpGram.com uses an order form for you to request information, products, and services. When we are the seller of such information, products and/or services, we may collect your contact information (such as name and email address) and financial information (such as credit card numbers) to facilitate the fulfillment of your order(s). Contact information is used to send orders, information about HelpGram, and promotional material to you if we think you might be interested. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you if necessary. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the Choice/Opt Out section above. Financial information is used to bill you for products and services only. We will retain this information in a commercially acceptable secure way such that you do not need to re-enter it for subsequent orders. We will only share the information to the extent it is necessary to complete the transaction.

Surveys
HelpGram.com online surveys may ask you for contact information and demographic information. We use survey results to make improvements to our site and our services. In addition, we use contact data from our surveys to send you information about HelpGram and promotional material that we think you might be interested in.

Contests/Sweepstakes
HelpGram.com may run contests in which we may ask visitors for contact information and demographic information, as well as information about hobbies and interests. We may use contact data from our contests to send users information about our company and promotional material that we think you might be interested in. A customer's contact information may also used to contact the visitor if necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the Choice/Opt-Out section. Please note that when we sponsor a contest or sweepstakes with another party, the other party may also collect your information, but only with your consent.

Affiliates/Partners
We may periodically offer promotions or sweepstakes in conjunction with some of our sponsors, partners or affiliates. Use of Customer Information
HelpGram wants to provide you with caring, helpful information and a compelling reason to continually come to our site for your "helpformation" needs. As such, we use the information you provide to analyze what our customers like and don't like about HelpGram's current offerings so that we can design better services and better meet their needs. We may send you e-mail communications to provide information which we think you will find useful, including information about new HelpGrams. Correct/Update
HelpGram makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the individually identifiable information it maintains. You have the right to view and update the information provided to HelpGram. To do this e-mail webmaster@helpgram.com. If we make any changes to the terms of our Privacy Policy, we will notify all registered users.
